ALPS Electric SCTA-D Series Spring Contact Micro Clips feature improved insertion loss reduction by laser welding to a double spiral spring. The SCTA-D series supports 3A currents despite a low height and compact dimensions (1.4x1.4mm / 1.45x1.45mm). The micro clips also support arrays due to a square-shaped form factor, while a spring construction provides high resilience to vibration and impacts. The spring contact micro clips feature an insulation coating that prevents shorting paths due to bending.
