Renesas ISL8280M 10A High Efficiency Step-Down Power Modules with Digital PMBus Interface features the proprietary Renesas R4™ Technology. The ISL8280M supports a wide 4.5V to 16.5V input voltage range and a wide 0.5V to the 5V output range. The device is capable of delivering up to 10A of continuous current and is optimized for high power density.
